HOW CAN I PAY?

Every customer is paying a postage fee for shipping and handling.
The detailed information, some more shipping options for international orders like airmail or registered mail you may find at Shipping & Handling link.
We accept different methods of payment.
If shipping is within Poland:
- Cash on delivery
- Credit card payment
- Money transfer at our account

If shipping is outside of Poland:
- Credit card payment
- Money transfer at our account
- Well sealed and registered letter with cash (We don't have any responsibility for loss of cash).
- Money transfer via International Money Transfer services (Western Union, MoneyGram).

GRADATION FOR USED ITEMS

Besides the Interpret , Title, Media, Label and Release date we provide you with information concerning to the conditions for used items.
Mint (M) - The record itself is in new condition with no or about no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Very good (VG) - The record shows some signs of having been played ,but there's very little / no leasing in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear or creasing.
Good (G) - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, without any major defects, is acceptable.
For example:
M/VG - means that the cover of the item is MINT and the CD or Vinyl is VERY GOOD.

Interpret, title, media and the price. For category "Rare&Deleted" you may have additional information by clicking on Interpret "Title" link. Then you'll get additional information such as:
Label, release date, condition, tracklist and cover picture (if available).

DO YOU WORK ON WANT-LISTS?

If you couldn't find the item(s) you're looking for, feel free to create your want-list with us.
Simply, go to the special module Create your want-list fill in an application form and click on Send button. As soon as we have any of your required items we'll inform you immediately.

HOW TO SEARCH?

Our search system helps you to find desired Interpret and the titles connected to him. Please, search the entire catalogue by name of Interpret. Our database was created in alphabetical order. So, the names are recorded as Second name, First name. If you look for Bryan Adams you have to write as - Adams,(comma)Bryan. Then all positions for Bryan Adams will appear. If you write as - Adams all positions for Adams (not only Bryan Adams) will appear. You can also search by categories.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

There's no any minimum order value in our shop.
Make shopping as much as you want and as long as you want.

HOW CAN I ORDER?

You can order item:
- By online order system
- By E-mail
- By fax (Please give us your E-mail when ordering by fax)
We don't make a reservation for our items and we don't accept orders by phone.
We update our online database information weekly. So, we recommend to use the online order system as then we may import the orders in our database. We may not guarantee while you browse, order by fax or letter "Rare & Deleted" items that all items are available. It is possible, that another customer is ordering an item which is available limited quantity at the same time. If an item is sold out you will receive a message from us.

WILL I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

You will receive a confirmation by E-mail :
- your order is placed with our shopping system and received by us.
- your order is shipped (usually it takes 2-10 days, max. 15 days)

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

We guarantee availability for items that are in current print.
We may not guarantee the availability for items placed in category "Rare&Deleted".
This category contains limited quantity items. So, somebody can order the same item or has already ordered it the same time. We update our database weekly, so be patient in case of any misunderstandings. We will notify you in case of any problems concerning to availability of items.
